Is this software or a service?
This launch is a human-assisted service. You buy one comparison package for $15. There is no subscription and no automated vendor recommendation.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a private order link for uploading your files. After the complete package is submitted, a human reviewer prepares the comparison and emails you when the PDF and XLSX are ready.
What files can I send?
PDF, DOCX, and XLSX files up to 25 MB each: one request/specification and 2-10 proposals.
What happens to my files?
Files stay private, are used only to prepare your comparison, and are never used to train models. Guest-order files delete after 30 days; an optional account saves its orders until you request deletion.
What if the package cannot be reviewed?
We refund packages BrightBid cannot process. You can also request a full refund before review starts.
How is this different from a GC suite?
BrightBid stops at the comparison pack. Products such as ClearBids also offer broader project-management and field workflows.
A low bid is useful only when the scope matches.
