Delivery timing
The two-business-day delivery window starts when the complete package passes intake validation. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. We will contact you if a file is unreadable or the package is incomplete.
Refunds
You may request a full refund before review begins. We also issue a full refund when BrightBid cannot process the package. Once review has started, the service is generally non-refundable unless we fail to deliver or applicable law requires otherwise. Email hello@brightbid.bid with your order number.
Files and access
Order links and files expire 30 days after purchase. Source and delivery files are then deleted automatically. Download and retain your delivered files before the expiration date.
What BrightBid does not do
BrightBid does not select or rank a vendor, negotiate terms, verify market pricing, certify compliance, or promise that a proposal has no omissions. The output is an organized reading aid, not a procurement decision.
