The service
BrightBid is a human-assisted document comparison service. For one $15 payment, you may submit one request or specification and 2–10 proposals. We return a source-linked PDF, editable spreadsheet, scope-gap list, and clarification questions, normally within two business days after a complete package is submitted.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have permission to upload and share every document, that the files do not contain unlawful content or malware, and that the contact and order information you provide is accurate. Do not submit regulated secrets, classified information, payment-card data, medical records, or other information that requires specialized compliance controls.
Important boundary
BrightBid organizes document evidence. It does not choose a vendor, certify completeness, validate pricing, give legal or procurement advice, or replace your professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing source documents and making every purchasing decision.
Availability and ownership
You retain ownership of your source files. BrightBid retains ownership of its service, templates, and methods; you may use the delivered comparison for your own business purposes. We may reject unsafe, unlawful, unreadable, or unsupported packages.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BrightBid is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. BrightBid’s total liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
